The world isn't brown and white...

I never thought that I was biased against white people. I have always prided myself to be tolerant and accepting of other cultures and beliefs, however, today, I realized that I was actually a bigot.

I've always put caucasians in a box - labeled and tagged as either "jerks" or "evil". I'm not trying to justify anything here but, truthfully, I was the one who was ignorant.

Just as I'd like to show the world that Filipinos are money hungry people with very little or hypocritical morals, the same goes for these white people.

I thought that these white people I worked with hated me. I thought they saw me as a little brown woman who doesn't know anything and is inappropriate.

I was wrong.

They actually said a lot of nice things about me, to me.

I think I owe some white people an apology.

Then again, that doesn't change my perception of some of y'all.

I'll have to take this one white person at a time.
