If you hate spoilers then I suggest you stop right now and click on forward or scroll down really fast, because I got lots of them.
According to web sources, after the hiatus (thank The Powers That Be it's going to be over soon!) we'll be treated to a great number of episodes. You've seen the trailers, so here's the scoop:
Brock Kelly was cast as the teenage Dean. The episode titled "After School Special" (airing January 29. Episode 14) shows a retrospective of the Teenage Winchesters. Sam has to face another episode of social ineptitude, having to move to another place yet once more while chameleon Dean has his tongue down a girl's throat.
Young Sammy will still be played by Colin Ford. There is talk about concerns that Colin may not be able to project an older Sammy but my personal opinion is that he already looked a little too old in A Very Supernatural Christmas. He'll do just fine, besides, he's got the puppy dog eyes down pat.

Episode 14 titled "Sex and Violence" actually has left me rather in a state of confusion. The spoilers out there say that Dean and a young doctor have hit it off and have *ehem* become intimate (implied heavily but it could just be innuendo) and that the brothers Winchesters will go against each other in a fist fight. The doctor in question is alluded to be a guy... Wow. That could be a heavenly day for Dean or Sam slashers. But, there's still hope for us heteros. The entire maelstrom is apparently caused by something beyond the control of our heroes.

In "Death takes a holiday", reapers are being killed (by what or whom, that's what the boys are going to find out). Kinda creepy because didn't Dean see one?

Whispers have reached my source's ears that producers are planning to bring Anna back into the mix. Nothing solid has materialized yet though (a little joke there...hehehe)
