I find it hilarious that Eric Kripke had to explain himself to fans about the supposed "dick-ishness" that was implied, pertaining to Dean's infection of the ghost illness.
First, there's just too much fascination with the word "dick". It has been conjugated enough, please (dickishness, dick-esque, dick-like, dicky, etc) And douchebagginess? Wow. The talent for semantics is astonishing!
Second, I highly doubt that true fans would need to raise arms and pillage Kripke's village just over this unintended implication. I'm impressed by the loyalty but please, get a life. (Says the woman with a multitude of videos on her blog about Supernatural) You don't have to be violent, sheesh...
Third, I think there's really more than what is being shown here. The past 3 seasons are indicators enough of how the plot twists in the Supernatural Universe. Patience, is a virtue and everything will be explained in due time.

The real issue, IMHO truly is, the fact that Kripke wants it to be over after 5 seasons.
I think we fans should raise arms, plan to pillage, maim, rape and loot Kripke's village then.
