I apologize for the lack of updates. I have been busy - and I mean BUSY!
I know that Mothergoose will probably have my head soon for not texting of emailing her anything. (I will do that in a bit, I promise) It's just so many tasks need to be done and I am only done with a fourth of them.
Ok, I'm planning something for the parental unit for her golden birthday. It's so hard to keep this one a secret so I thank my boss for letting me be in the night shift. At least I won't see her a lot, only on weekends.
Secondly, I've been swamped with a quasi-raket. I've volunteered to be the make up artist for the Genpact Wachovia Idol. It's tiring but really fun and I haven't had this much fun at work since...ever!
Third, I've got a new class to train and I may be averse to the thought that they're my class. Saying I don't like them is an understatement. Ok, maybe that's too harsh. I don't line ONE of them and it may be affecting the way I see this class. We got off the wrong foot and finger so to speak.
Fourth, I've been busy making a new collection for goose+hen. It's kinda hard to work on it when you've got kids poking and prodding and stealing everything that you get your (and their) hands on.
Fifth, working on a customized collection of jewelry for a wedding in NYC. I miss NYC. I wanna go back badly...
And then there's the regular tasks - check kids' homework, play with them, blog, email, cook, commute, take care of the hubby (and I need to work on this one too), etc, etc.

Would you agree that someone needs a vacation?
