Hi, my name is Motherhen and I'm a TV series addict.
I haven't been productive this week as I have been watching series after series after series. My kids are getting the hang of it and have refused to stay in the room with me. They have successfully dragged me outside to play for about two hours but after than, it's back to the bedroom to watch my shows. I'm a bad mother...

Remember this teen angst/sci-fi show? GOd, I loved Roswell! The script was very well written for the first two seasons. The last season was pretty much WTF?! It was pre-bitch era for Katherine Heigl. The other actors have just disappeared which is just too sad. Brendan Fehr got a job in CSI:Miami as a lab rat but the others have mysteriously disappeared. Maybe the government kept them in small rooms under the earth...
Now, this series have got me and hubby addicted. We've just spent a sleepless night watching the first season (damn, these episodes are long!) It's sad that they've only got 4 seasons. I got season three and I'm looking for season four. If any of you guys know where I could get it...lemme know.
A classic favorite is Ugly Betty. I've watched the Mexican version and I'm loyal to the American version. The Philippines is supposed to have a version of it and I shudder at the thought of how it would be. God, please don't make it an embarrassment.
And finally, Lipstick Jungle! I love this show because it's like Sex and the City (of course the author of the book is the same author of SATC) but with a more mature outlook in life. I love it because it promotes the manifesto that women who are successful in life should never apologize for who and what they are. It does take a very strong man to handle women like them but it is possible.
