Not a beer drinker
It was raining last Friday, and since most of the companies gave their employees their salaries (I say most because we just got ours today) the traffic was horrible. Brew and I decided to just have dinner first and then fight our way through the evil traffic jam, hoping that we'd find a cab willing to take us down south.
Since there was no hope for a cab at 10 pm, we decided to be spontaneous and go to Saguijo to check out who's playing. Again, since we didn't have pay yet, we had to settle for cheap drinks, and that means beer.
I'm not a beer drinker. I hate beer with a passion. I drink rum coke. That's what I like. No money, no rum coke. Beer it is. I can be "cowboy" if I want to and if I don't have a choice.
This band, Salindiwa was playing. Apparently, Brew knows the drummer and coincidentally, the lead singer knows me. He used to hang out in Perfect Pitch when I was still singing back up for Charlie Ysmael.
Hanep!! Ang galing galing nila!! I haven't been out much, but I know good music when I hear it! It's like progressive Rondalla!! If you guys are reading this, make sure to check them out! They'll be in Katipunan on Tuesday. I still have to check the details. You will miss half of your life if you don't watch them!
