It's the littlest things...
I was reading through blogs today and I found myself slightly captured by this one. I especially fluffed over that scene where her beau pulls her and shows her that he changed his status in his myspace account. He said "I don't know about you, but I'm in a relationship" (Get ready...SWOON!)
It really is the smallest things that matter. The way he wipes the ketchup from your lips and cheeks (gaano ba naman kalaki yung burger na yan?) when you've just taken a bite from your burger, the way he tucks your hair in your ear, the way he takes your hand and kisses it whilst walking in the mall, those little things.
I admit, I like drama. The bigger the scene, the better. Serenade me! Hire Southborder to serenade me! Hire Southborder to serenade me in CCP! I say, Tarochue! That would definitely merit a memory. The thing is, it does nothing to my heart.
I like the small things. The notes on the bathroom door when you wake up bleary eyed and groggy; the simple and well meant hug when I'm having a bad day; letting me sleep even if you want to talk because you know I've been ngarag the whole day; the bringing of the nightly nightcap of coke with ice to bed because you know I want it but am too lazy to do it myself...I LOVE them.
I want you to know that I never took them for granted - NEVER. They make me smile and they make me giddy everytime I think of it.
You've spoiled me.
I love you, panget!
